Lou is a fitness instructor, dancer and coach passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident and more connected through movement.

Known for her energy, positivity and genuine care for her members, Lou creates welcoming spaces where people of all fitness levels can show up, have fun and enjoy moving their bodies.
